Apx. 23" x 30". This modern print by renowed English Dharma artist Andy Weber is one of a limited edition of 200, and hangs in an elegant gilded frame with glass face. Entitled “Pilgrimage to Kailash”, it depicts the sacred mountain with a Dharmakaya Tigle at its heart, from which Chakrasamvara floats above yab-yum, flanked by sun, moon, and the Samboghakaya yidams Chenrezig and Green Tara. In the world below, tulkus Guru Rinpoche and Milarepa sit in their traditional poses. These four meditation archetypes each float above their respective mantras inscribed in golden letters in Tibetan. Key pilgrimage points around Kailash are portrayed, including the famous Drolma-la (pass), the highest point on the circumambulation. This illustriously detailed print, produced using the museum-quality giclee process, has been donated by Daniela and Christopher Coriat from their personal practice collection and is signed by the artist with the inscription: “May all the pilgrims to Mt. Kailash this year 2002 have a safe journey”.
