On-Line, e-Mail & Virtual Bidding

You may bid on these priceless artifacts and beautiful works of art even if you are not able to attend the auction.

Here is how to place a virtual bid:

  • Send an e-mail to Online Auction with the maximum amount that you are willing to pay for any one item.
  • On the evening of the auction, your on-site "virtual bidder" will open the bidding at the minimum bid for the item and then will continue to bid in regular increments until either you are the successful bidder or you are outbid by someone else.
  • Please submit your true maximum bid. It won't be possible to communicate with you during the event.
  • You will be contacted after the end of the auction. If your bid is successful you can handle payment at that time.
  • Virtual Bidders are volunteers who will do their best for you but of course we cannot make any assurances regarding this process or the outcome, as the auction will surely be a most dynamic affair!

    • Please email a clear description of the item(s) you want to purchase and your maximum bid for each item
    to Online Auction by May 7th at midnight
