This beautiful rupa (statue) of Kuntuzangpo, the primordial Buddha, was purchased in Kathmandu some years ago. It has served as the central rupa on Lama Surya Das' shrine in his lha-kang (shrine room) at Dzogchen Center Retreats since that time.
Lama Surya Das has offered this item to our auction so that it might continue to support the practice of others in our sangha.
This rupa is 10 inches tall, in bronze metal. The original purchase price in Nepal over ten years ago was $500.
