Weekly Dzogchen Meditation

Every Monday evening, 7:30 pm
 
These weekly sittings (other than those on the Dzogchen Center Cambridge calendar) are led by authorized senior students of Lama Surya Das and Lama John Makransky.

Meditations on Natural Love and Awareness

Every second Saturday, 10:00am
Every fourth Wednesday, 7:30pm
 
These are guided meditations on love and compassion as expressions of innate awareness. They include practices of bodhichitta and the bodhisattva path. Lama John Makransky urges all his students in practice to attend these sessions as often as possible.

Foundational Practices (Ngondro)

Every first Saturday, 10:00am (by invitation only)
 
A practice group meets each month to do Dudjom Tersar Ngondro under the guidance of Lama Surya and Lama John. Ngondro are foundational practices to take refuge, affirm the bodhisattva resolve, offer one’s experienced world as mandala, purify the mind through Vajrasattva, and merge with the lineage of masters through Guru yoga. Permission from Lama John Makransky is a prerequisite
